located in national economical and technological development zone of kunshan, jiangsu bicycle testing center of ciq was formally set up in 1997, as the first professional testing laboratory of ciq for cycles and fitness equipment. it has been approved to be a national-level key laboratory by general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of the people’s republic of china.
the center possesses an all-around building integrated with several functions like testing, training, r&d, and consulting. it includes the labs of the precision, the static strength, the dynamic fatigue strength, the weatherability, optics, and material analysis etc. the centre was equipped with various testing machines like the universal testing machines, the high-frequency electrodynamics vibrators, the photometric performance of reflex reflector testing systems, the color chromaticity testing system, the light distributing of lamp testing system, the programmed low-high temperature testing chamber and the fatigue testing machine etc, some of which are imported from japan, germany and taiwan. these machines enable the center to proceed all the testing items for cycles and fitness equipment up to the standards widely used in most of the countries.
authorized by general bureau, this center udertakes the supervision & inspection, the model testing and and the exportation licenses of the bicycles and fitness equipment. we can provide the services of ldentification, notarization and authentication. we also develop the equipment for inspection & testing, help for the quality guarantee in its planning, training, and performance. in the center there is an information department and multi-media training room with a capacity of 200 audiences, covering the services from standard documentation, consultancy of inspecting technology and the staff training.
the center established quality assurance system in accordance with international standards at the beginning and keeps improving the system. as result it obtained the accreditation of cnal and the metrology accreditation certificate issued by cnca.
